STATUTE AND BYLAWS OLD JACK MC

PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE CLUB

 

Art. 1° This Statute has the objective of presenting the rights and duties of all members of the Old Jack Moto Clube, establishing the norms related to its administration and the rules of internal coexistence, to which all are subject and submitted.

Art. 2 The Association aims to defend the interests of associated motorcyclists, promoting scheduled events, official meetings and tours, trips, parties, get-togethers, among others.

 

Art. 3 Only motorcyclists can be associated, duly approved by the Association, in accordance with the Internal Regulation, an integral part of this Statute.

 

ADMINISTRATION AND ITS ATTRIBUTIONS

 

Art. 4 The Association will be managed by a President Director, who in his absences and impediments will be replaced by the Vice President, anAdministrative/Financial Director, a Social/disciplinary Director, depending on the number of members, 1 or 2 directors to discipline and train the beginning MC members. All Board Members can be re-elected by a vote of key board members. Other important members may also participate in the vote in situations where there are no board members.

 

  1. Represent the Association actively and passively, in and out of court;

  2. Observe the failures and omissions of these Bylaws and Regulations, as well as suggestions made by any member, and formulate a proposal for a General Statutory and Regiment amendment.

  3. Receive monthly contributions from Associates and others that may be instituted;

  4. Inform and inform Members about official events;

 

OF THE DISCIPLINARY / SOCIAL / FISCAL COUNCIL

 

Art. 5. Whenever necessary, the General Council will be convened to deal with matters of interest to the Association.

  1. Advise the President in his deliberations;

  2. Analyze monthly the rendering of accounts;

  3. Assist the President in solving the Association's problems;

  4. Judge, in 1st instance, the Associates' appeals against administrative acts of the President and/or Vice-President.

 

CALLS AND EXCLUSIONS

 

Art. 6. Calls can be made twice, with half of the members in each call depending on the reason. Only founding and effective Associates who are in good standing with their social obligations and duly uniformed will have voice and vote in the Assemblies.

 

Art. 07. In case any member leaves, he or she will acknowledge or request it in writing and will be automatically disconnected from the Association, and must return their coat of arms and other items related to the MC.

 

Art. 8 Rights and Duties of Members (ARTICLE OF EXTREME IMPORTANCE.)

 

  1. be able to exercise rights and assume obligations, as well as enjoy a good reputation and have good conduct;

  2. Be qualified to drive a motorcycle;

  3. have their admission accepted at the General Assembly, by secret ballot. If there is any restriction on the part of any member regarding this admission, he must justify his reasons for consideration by the Board of Directors;

  4. enjoy the prerogatives established in the Statute and other regulations of the Association;

  5. participate in activities promoted by the Association;

  6. present visitors who, once the specific requirements of each activity are met, may participate in the Association's meetings, meetings or trips, with prior authorization from the board. This partner will be fully responsible for the guest colleague during the events; g) wear uniforms (Moto Club shirt, jeans and shoes in accordance with traffic legislation) and official badges of the Association, extending this benefit to their legal dependents, except official shirts, the transfer of shirts not being allowed the Association to third parties;

  1. comply with and accept the highest decisions of the Association defined by the Board of Directors;

  2. participate in events scheduled by the Association, tours, meetings, especially the last of each month, which is of an official nature. Must, obligatorily, participate each month in the official meeting of the Association;

  3. return the Old Jack Moto Clube uniforms, in the event of their permanent dismissal, as per the term of responsibility signed at the time of admission to the Association;

  4. be up to date with the payment of their monthly fees, or any other obligation, determined at the General Meeting.

 

TRIPS AND TOURS

 

  1. In order to travel, the motorcyclist must have his motorcycle properly checked and, especially, have observed the safety items. You must also have all personal and motorcycle documentation in order.

 

  1. When planning a long trip, motorcyclists must previously refuel their motorcycles, as well as follow the group leader's schedule and guidance for the next refueling, in order not to delay the pace of the trip with individual stops.

  2. In case a motorcycle breaks during the journeys, the whole group must be supportive and be committed to not leaving their partner behind.

  3. Failure to comply with any provision regulated in this chapter will be punishable by the Board.
